How do I track my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, you can track your order status from your account's order history, or use the Track Order page with your order number and email.
What are my delivery options?
Delivery is coordinated from verified distributor locations. Orders above the free-delivery threshold within Lagos ship free; smaller orders include a flat delivery fee shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card, bank transfer, or USSD through Paystack, or — where enabled — make a direct bank transfer and confirm it with our team on WhatsApp.
What's the difference between cashback and referral rewards?
Cashback is credited as shop credit toward future AQORA purchases. Referral rewards are a separate, withdrawable balance earned when someone you refer completes an order.
