These Terms of Service govern your use of the AQORA platform. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using AQORA

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or checking out as a guest
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be legally able to enter into agreements to use our services

Orders and payment

Orders can be paid via Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD) or, where enabled, by direct bank transfer confirmed with our team on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once payment has been verified.

Cashback and referral rewards

Cashback is credited as non-withdrawable shop credit toward future purchases. Referral rewards are a separate, withdrawable balance earned according to our published rules. AQORA reserves the right to adjust, reverse, or withhold cashback or referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or error — including reversal on a refunded or cancelled order.

Delivery

Delivery is coordinated from verified distributor locations and delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery fees, and any free-delivery threshold, are shown clearly before you pay.

Limitation of liability

AQORA provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
